AS A SENIOR IN 2016:
• Served as a team captain.
• Started the first four games of the year at quarterback, before suffering a season-ending injury and receiving a medical redshirt.
• Hit on 111 of 175 passes for 1,110 yards and 10 touchdowns, in addition to rushing 31 times for 112 yards and a score.
• Ranked 83rd in the nation in touchdown passes, despite playing in just three and a half games.
