|Position:||Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach|
Andrew Feild is in his first season as an assistant strength & conditioning coach for the College of the Holy Cross in 2017-2018. He works directly with the Crusader men's lacrosse, volleyball and field hockey teams, while assisting with the football and baseball programs.
Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Feild served as a strength and conditioning intern for the Buffalo Bills, where he assisted in the implementation of the team’s offseason and preseason strength and conditioning program. He was previously a graduate assistant at Springfield College, where he was responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for football, women's tennis and men's and women's sprinters.
Feild also has internship experience at the University of Iowa, the University of Massachusetts, Towson University, Springfield College and American International College.
A certified strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Field is a 2013 graduate of Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He went on to earn a master’s degree in exercise science from Springfield College in 2017.
