Claire DeBoer led Bucknell with 19 points and tallied eight rebounds.
Kaitlyn Slagus also scored in double figures for the Bison, tallying 13 points with eight rebounds.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Crusaders started out strong, jumping out to a 6-2 lead early on in the first quarter.
Bucknell then went on a 13-5 scoring run to pull ahead 15-11 at the end of the first.
Holy Cross responded with a scoring surge in the second, regaining the lead with a jumper from junior guard Tricia Byrnewith 4:52 remaining in the half to go up 21-19.
The Bison then put together a 13-2 run to end the first half, taking a 32-23 lead into the locker room at halftime.
Bucknell extended its lead through the third quarter, outscoring the Crusaders 23-9 to lead 55-32 heading into the fourth.
Holy Cross was able to cut the deficit early on in the final quarter, but were outscored 22-16 to secure the final score.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
Manis has now scored in double digits 12 times this season, and has led the Crusaders in scoring five times.
Junior guard Infiniti Thomas-Waheedtied her season-high in steals with four, and has now led Holy Cross in steals 28 times in her career.
Holy Cross will return to action this Wednesday, Jan. 11, as the Crusaders travel to Easton, Pa. to take on Patriot League foe Lafayette at 7:00 p.m.
