Prior to joining Holy Cross, Moore spent one year as a ticket operations and sales coordinator at UMass Amherst. For UMass Athletics, he generated outbound ticket sales for football, basketball, hockey and the Atlantic 10 Softball Tournament. Additionally, he was responsible for generating sales for single games, season tickets and mini plans, while supervising student workers on game days.

Before his time at UMass, Moore served as a museum ambassador for the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame Museum where he supervised box office operations and scheduled assignments for staff members. Other duties involved giving personal tours and scheduling on-field batting practice viewings for special guests, Reds alumni and members of the hall of fame and museum.

Moore also spent time as a membership and box office intern for the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. His responsibilities included generating sales of admission, ballpark tours and membership packages. He contributed to increasing memberships and performed a variety of promotional tasks while maintaining the membership database of over 7,500 accounts.

Moore has experience with managing and organizing large-scaled events, as he was the UMass box office manager for the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic at Mohegan Sun and commonly collaborated with his staff during his tenure at the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum for events like the Hall of Fame Induction and Great Eight Reunion.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Sports Business from Northern Kentucky University in 2013.
