Men's Soccer Earns 12 Selections To Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. - Twelve members of the Holy Cross men’s soccer team have been named to the 2016 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league office.
Senior Joey DeVivo (Ridgefield, Conn.), senior Joseph Metzger (Tampa, Fla.) and junior Arno Rupp (Wolfsberg, Austria) have each earned a spot on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the third time in their respective careers. Senior Tim Frassetto (Trumbull, Conn.) and junior Yuji Callahan (Okinawa, Japan) have been named to the Honor Roll for the second time. Earning these accolades for the first time are senior Ryan Gavey (Fairfield, Conn.), senior Matt Villano (Basking Ridge, N.J.), sophomore Bobby Barsic (Mentor, Ohio), sophomore R.J. Place (West Hartford, Conn.), sophomore Henry Stutz (Cincinnati, Ohio), freshman Luka Milidragovic (Toronto, Ontario) and freshman Liam Butler (Yonkers, N.Y.),
One hundred and forty-four student-athletes from men’s soccer teams around the league were named to the Academic Honor Roll this year. To be eligible, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the fall semester.
