Tyler Sparling Selected to Patriot League Academic All-League
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross women’s rowing junior Tyler Sparling was selected to the 2018 Academic All-Patriot League team. She is one of just 11 rowing student-athletes from around the league to earn this honor. This is the first time in her career that she has been selected to the Academic All-Patriot League team.
Sparling raced in four races in the varsity eight boat through the spring season. The junior was a member of the second varsity eight boat that finished in sixth place in the Grand Final in the Patriot League Championships. She holds a 3.96 grade-point average as a biology major. Previously, Sparling was named a CRCA National Scholar-Athlete in 2017.
