The Lead: The women's swimming and diving team defeated Siena at home Wednesday night, 177-98. Holy Cross placed first in 12 out of 16 events on the night.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In the 400 Medley Relay, Holy Cross placed first with a final time of 4:08.28. Freshmen Isabella Miko-Rydzaj and Brianna Larnard, sophomore Kayleigh Hoagland and junior Jenny O'Brien made up the first-place relay team.
- Sophormore Leah Zogby finished first in the 1000 free with a finals time of 11:02.06.
- Freshman Emily Sullivan finished first in the 200 free with a time of 2:00.64 and first in the 200 back with a time of 2:13.06.
- In the 500 free, freshman Margaret Gentile placed first with a time of 5:24.26.

The Crusaders host Fairfield Oct. 27 at 4:00 p.m. in the Hart Center.
