Women's Cross Country Selected To Finish Fourth In Patriot League Preseason Poll
WORCESTER, Mass. - The Holy Cross women’s cross country team was selected to finish fourth in the Patriot League preseason poll, as voted on by the league’s head coaches and media relations directors. The Crusaders received 106 points in the voting process.
Bucknell finished at the top of the poll with 158 points and 14 first-place votes. In second place with 142 points was Navy (four first-place votes), followed by Boston University in third (126 points) and Holy Cross notching the fourth-place spot (106 points).
Army West Point was fifth with 100 points, Lehigh was sixth with 88 points, American was seventh with 78 points, Loyola (Md.) was eighth with 45 points, Lafayette was ninth with 37 points and Colgate was 10th with 20 points.
