Women's Lacrosse Places 10 On Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. – Ten members of the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team have been selected to the 2012 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league office, including senior Cami Thompson (Rockville, Md.) who led the team with a 3.93 grade-point average in the spring semester.
The other members of the team to be named to the Academic Honor Roll were seniors Kat Sutton (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) and Catherine Furman (Garden City, N.Y.); juniors Maddie Carrellas (Middletown, R.I.) and Caroline Pedlow (Charlotte, N.C.); and sophomores Christina Amendola (Manorville, N.Y.), Julia Cowan (Wilmette, Ill.), Seton Hartnett (Westfield, N.J.), Sara Hennessey (Winchester, Mass.) and Maggie Reichenbach (Manhasset, N.Y.).
A total of 102 student-athletes from women's lacrosse teams around the league were named to the Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a winter or spring sport student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester.
