Menís Cross Country Places 12 On PL Academic Honor Roll

WORCESTER, Mass. – Twelve student-athletes on the Holy Cross men’s cross country team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league. Navy led the conference with 20 student-athletes named to the Honor Roll.

Junior Henry Dodge (Rumford, R.I.) led the Crusaders with a 3.91 grade-point average. Other Crusaders named to the Honor Roll included sophomore John Albinson (Port Jefferson, N.Y.), junior Michael Andre (Feeding Hills, Mass.), sophomore Joseph Bellitti (Basking Ridge, N.J.), junior John Bentivegna (Staten Island, N.Y.), sophomore Bill Christ (East Amherst, N.Y.), senior Chris Conley (Walpole, Mass.), junior Patrick Franco (Winchester, Mass.), junior G.Matthew Greco (Lower Providence, R.I.), junior Max McKee (Hollis, N.H.), senior Dennis Muldoon (Weymouth, Mass.) and senior Joe Murphy (Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.).

A total of 116 student-athletes from men’s cross country teams around the league were named to the Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average or higher during the fall semester.
