  • The Holy Cross women’s soccer team is set for its first Patriot League contest of the season on Friday, as the Crusaders play host to Navy.

  • Sophomore goalkeeper Caroline Cashion earned her third shutout of the season, as the Crusaders defeated Iona by a score of 4-0 on the road last Friday. Her three shutouts are tied for the most in the Patriot League.

  • The team’s 4-0 win over Iona was the program’s largest margin of victory over an opponent since defeating Saint Peter’s 4-0 on Sept. 11, 2015.

  • Freshman Sydney Fisher scored the first goal of her career in the win over Iona.

  • Junior Ang Seslija leads the Holy Cross offense with six points on three goals this season.
