Women's Track & Field Releases 2018 Outdoor Schedule
WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross director of athletics Nathan Pine and head women's track and field coach Egetta Alfonso have announced the team’s schedule for the 2018 outdoor season.
The team will begin the outdoor season on March 31 in Smithfield, R.I. at the Black & Gold Invitational hosted by Bryant. The Crusaders will then travel to High Point, N.C. for the Vertklasse Meeting hosted by High Point University.
On April 7, the team will face the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H. The team will compete in the Ocean State Invitational in Providence, R.I. on April 14. To finish out the month of April, Holy Cross will host the Holy Cross Invitation on April 21 and compete at the Skyhawk Invitational on April 28 hosted by Stonehill.
The Patriot League Championships will be hosted by Lafayette this year in Easton, Pa on May 4-5. The New England Championships will overlap with the ECAC Outdoor Championships starting May 11-13. The New England Championships will take place in Hanover, N.H. at Dartmouth and the ECACs will be in Princeton, N.J. at Princeton.
