Moss Named Academic All-Patriot League
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross sophomore first baseman Taylor Moss (Howard Beach, N.Y.) has been named Academic All-Patriot League, as announced by the league on Wednesday. In order to be eligible for the Academic All-Patriot League Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average and be a starter or key player in his/her sport.
Moss is a double major in Psychology and English, who has maintained a grade-point average of 3.45. This season, she led the Crusaders with a batting average of .349 and 29 RBIs, which rank fourth all-time in program history.
Moss has also tallied 10 runs scored with six doubles and led the team with four home runs this season. She averaged an on-base percentage of .390 and a slugging percentage of .492 while starting in all 44 games for Holy Cross, one of three Crusaders on the team to do so.
