Women's Tennis Places Seven On Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. – Seven members of the Holy Cross women’s tennis team were selected to the 2017 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league on Thursday. Sophomore Caroline Kam led the Crusaders with a GPA of 3.85 during the spring semester. This is her second-straight year earning the honor.
Joining Kam on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll were senior Isabela Bagi, junior Katie Elia; sophomores Fiona Busser, Morgan McGuire and Allison Reiling; and freshman Emma DeFrancesco. Bagi, Busser and Elia all made their second appearance on the Academic Honor Roll while DeFrancesco, McGuire and Reiling all earned the honor for the first time in their careers.
A total of 64 student-athletes from women's tennis teams around the league earned spots on this year's Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade point average of 3.20 or better during the spring semester.
