British Beer Company Sponsors Biscuit In The Basket
WORCESTER, Mass. – This season, any time a goalie on the Holy Cross men’s or women’s ice hockey team makes a save at home, it will benefit those in need in Central Massachusetts through the Biscuit in the Basket promotion!
The British Beer Company serves as the sponsor of Biscuit in the Basket, and will donate one pound of food for every save made by a Holy Cross goalie in 2016-2017. All donations will benefit Catholic Charities of Worcester County through the Worcester County Food Bank.
As of Jan. 26, Holy Cross goalies have combined to make 484 saves at home which has generated 484 pounds of food for the Worcester County Food Bank.
