ADA TICKET FRAUD
Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Holy Cross Athletics reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets, or ejection.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited in any athletics facility. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the facilities will be considered a violation of facility regulations and may result in the guest being denied admittance, ejected, arrested, and/or tickets being revoked. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.
No animals, except service animals, are allowed on campus (no emotional support animals without proper documentation). Anyone who brings an animal that is not for service use will be asked to leave campus and take their animal with them. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. There are automated teller machines (ATM) located in the Hogan Campus Center (Level 1).
• All bags are subject to search for prohibited items.
• Bags larger than 12”x12”x12” are not permitted in athletics venues. This includes backpacks, duffel bags and suitcases.
• Please leave prohibited items in your vehicle or at home. Staff will not store or hold any personal items.
• Patrons who refuse search of their bags will be denied entrance to the facility.
BANNERS, SIGNS, & FLAGS
Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste, and cannot obstruct another guest’s view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Stadium staff reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.
BOTTLES & CANS
Bottles, cans, and other beverage containers may not be brought into any athletics facility. Searches are conducted at the gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the arena. Exceptions may be made for those with medical requirements or special needs. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.

Still cameras may be used at any time provided that their use does not interfere with other guests' ability to enjoy the game day experience; however, flash photography is not permitted, as it may disrupt play. The use of video cameras is prohibited and will not be permitted inside any athletics facility. Please refer to PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.
The use of cellular phones is permitted inside all athletic venues, provided that such use does not interfere with another guest’s ability to enjoy the game day experience.
CHILDREN'S TICKET POLICY
Children two (2) years of age or younger are admitted to athletic events free of charge. Any child admitted without a ticket is required to remain in the lap of a parent/guardian during the event and not interfere with the sightline of other guests.
Concessions are sold at all home Football, Men’s/Women’s Basketball, and Men’s Hockey games beginning when gates open. Concession stands are located in the lobby of the Hart Center during Basketball and Men’s Hockey games. At Fitton Field, concessions are located under sections 2, 4 and 26, as well as in the corners of the west end zone.

Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member or police officer.
In the event of an arena emergency, pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on stadium video boards.
Fitton Football Field: Fans may enter the facility through Gates A, B and D. Freshmen Field: Fans may enter the seating area near the intersection of Kimball and McKeon Roads.
Hanover Insurance Park: The entrance to Hanover Insurance Park is located on Fitton Ave.
Hart Center: Fans may enter through the front entrance for all events inside the Hart Center.
Hart Turf & Track: Fans may enter the seating area via the Greene Family Plaza located behind the Hart Center.
Kuzniewski Field: Fans may enter the seating area by bypassing the Hart Turf & Track and entering the facility at the northwest corner entrance.
Linda Johnson Smith Soccer Stadium: Fans may enter the seating area via the Greene Family Plaza located behind the Hart Center.
Sinnott Family Tennis Facility: The entrance to the Sinnott Family Tennis Facility is located on Fitton Ave.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Holy Cross is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the arena and in the parking lots. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion.
Event guests are responsible for their conduct, as well as the conduct of their guest and/or persons using their tickets. Even if the season ticketholders give away or sell their tickets to the game, the account holder is accountable for the actions of those using the tickets. Accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct.
Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including the following, are subject to ejection. Season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for:
- Excessive consumption of alcohol
- Illegal use of alcohol by/for any individual under the age of 21
- Obscene, offensive or abusive language and actions
- Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive, or profane behavior
- Interfering with other guests' ability to see the game
- Smoking inside of any athletic venue
- Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the process of the game or entering the playing area
- Throwing any objects onto the playing area or inside the facility
- Any action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets by police or arena/stadium security
GATE OPENING TIMES
For Basketball and Men’s Hockey events, the Hart Center gates open 1 hour prior to the start of the scheduled game time, for both the general public and students. This time is subject to change depending on projected attendance. Open gate times for all other events taking place at the Hart Center are determined on an individual basis.
Fitton Football Field gates open 90 minutes prior to the start of a scheduled home game.

The Athletics Hall of Fame is located in the Hart Center lobby.
LOST & FOUND
Lost items may be turned in to any usher. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should call the Holy Cross Facilities, Operations & Events office at 508-793-2556. Items lost at prior games are held in a secured area for 30 days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Holy Cross Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Guests have the opportunity to book Iggy for appearances at a birthday party, company party, grand opening, or other function. For more information on having Iggy appear at your events contact the Marketing Office at 1-844-GOCROSS.

Parking is available in front of the Hart Center for all events scheduled at the Hart Center, Hart Turf & Track, Kuzniewski Field, and the Linda Johnson Soccer Stadium. Parking for basketball and men’s hockey games is also available in front of the Hart Center.
Parking for football games at Fitton Field is available in several areas, to include Freshman Field ($10), Fitton Field (Season Pass Only), and the adjacent parking garage (Parking Pass or $10 General Parking).

PLAYING AREA ACCESS
Only authorized and properly credentialed personnel will be permitted within the playing area before, during, or after all Holy Cross athletic events. Any unauthorized person within the playing area will be removed by Event Staff,
The 'Goodtime' Marching Band supports Men's and Women's Basketball and Football at all home games when school is in session.
PLAYER GUEST WILL CALL
Hart Center: Will Call for Player Guests is located at the Ticket Office inside the main entrance of the Hart Center.
Fitton Field: Will Call for Player Guests is located at Gate E and opens when stadium gates open, 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.
Identification is required to pick up tickets left at the Player Guest Will Call window. For more ticket information, please contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS.
Holy Cross Men's and Women's Basketball and Football programs are available at all athletic venues. Gameday programs are available at several locations around the arena and field before and during games.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR
The Patriot League promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Out of concern for the safety of our guests and employees, the following items are not permitted in all Holy Cross athletics facilities to ensure that all of our fans have a safe and enjoyable gameday experience:
• Outside food or beverage, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
• Dogs and other pets (only service animals are allowed; no emotional support animals without proper documentation)
• Weapons or explosives
• Boxes or wrapped packages of any size
• Coolers or containers, including plastic cups
• Bags larger than 12”x12”x12”, specifically backpacks
• Bottles, cans or flasks
• Artificial noisemakers and irritants (whistles, bells, air horns, thundersticks, etc.)
• Video equipment, tape recorders, still cameras with a lens longer than 6 inches
• Chairbacks with arms
• Aerosol and spray cans
• Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas
• Sticks, poles, flags, signs, banners and umbrellas
• Laser pointers
• Sporting balls and equipment (i.e. baseball bats, lacrosse sticks, footballs, etc.)
• Roller skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles
*Stadium management reserves the right to ask fans to leave inappropriate or prohibited items in their car or outside of the gates.*
All persons and their belongings are subject to search. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The College of the Holy Cross cannot safeguard items which are not permitted into the arena. Violators of the arena policy or any State, County, or Municipal laws will be refused admission or asked to leave. This policy is in effect for all guests who visit Holy Cross athletic facilities.
Disruptive behavior is not accepted at Holy Cross athletic events. Disruptive behavior constitutes actions that diminish other fans’ ability to enjoy the game-day atmosphere, including but not limited to, threats, threatening behavior, interfering with other guests' ability to see the game, and throwing objects. These actions or any other actions deemed disruptive by arena staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the arena. Other potential consequences include ticket suspension, ticket revocation, arrest, and prosecution.
Promotional items have individual restrictions and giveaway dates are subject to change without prior notice. Please remember that a game ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be distributed per person. Please be considerate of other guests by taking only one promotional item.
No appeals will be made over the public address system. Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the nearest Event Staff member, security personnel, or police officer.

RADIOS & TELEVISIONS
Handheld radios and televisions are permitted inside of all athletic venues as long as they are not larger than 12" x 12" x 12" and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required.
Holy Cross Men's Basketball and Football home games are broadcast on WEEI 1440 AM. Holy Cross Women's Basketball home games are broadcast on Emmanuel Radio 1230 AM.
Re-entry is not permitted for any ticketed events.
There are public restrooms (men and women) conveniently located throughout Fitton Field, the Hart Center, and Hanover Insurance Park at Fitton Field. Several other facilities have portable restrooms available for use.
Schedules for all Holy Cross varsity teams are available on goholycross.com. Pocket schedules and posters are available at the Holy Cross Ticket Office and are available at the marketing table on game days.

Smoking is not permitted inside any athletic facility.

Student seating is located inside Fitton Field in Sections 1 and 2, and in the Hart Center along the baselines of the basketball arena.
Tailgating is not permitted inside the Hart Center, or any other athletic facility. Fans and spectators tailgating at their vehicles are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of their trash. Trash should not be left in the parking lot area. Dumpsters are located on the west side of the Hart Center.
Possession and consumption of alcohol are subject to the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Worcester. Alcohol is prohibited within all athletic venues and must be consumed at your tailgate. Please consume any beverages by using plastic cups.
Unruly or visibly intoxicated behavior will be grounds for removal from the venue or campus. Holy Cross Public Safety may ask for legal proof of identification for anyone appearing to be under 21.
Holy Cross requires the use of propane gas grills. The maximum allowed propane cylinder size is no greater than 20 pounds. Charcoal grills are not permitted. Grills and tailgates should not impede parking spaces, sidewalks, or roadways.
Football Games: At game time, all lots will be cleared by Public Safety and Worcester Police officers, and all individuals will be asked to enter the stadium or will be required to exit the premises. No individual will be permitted to exit the stadium and linger in parking lots during the game.
The following are prohibited in tailgate areas:
Large source containers of alcohol (i.e. Kegs, Beer Funnels, etc.), Drinking games (Beer Pong, Flip Cup, Beer Ball, etc.), Glass containers/bottles, open flames, charcoal grills, wood burning, smokers, deep fryers, or fuel powered generators

The Holy Cross Ticket Office is located on the West side of the Field House and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. On gamedays, the Holy Cross Ticket Office is located inside the Main Entrance of the Hart Center and outside Gate A of Fitton Field. All other home sporting events are general admission. TICKET REPLACEMENT POLICY
For information on replacing lost or stolen tickets to an event at Fitton Field or the Hart Center, please contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office at 1-844-GOCROSS.
The resale of tickets within 300 feet of the Hart Center is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in arrest or other disciplinary actions.
Umbrellas are not permitted.
The Holy Cross Varsity Club exists within the Holy Cross Athletic Department to preserve the traditions, foster the ideals, advance the interests and improve the quality and prestige of Holy Cross Athletics and the role of athletics in the educational community of the College of the Holy Cross. Members of the Club represent all eras of athletics and all collegiate teams at Holy Cross. As a result, the Varsity Club supports all areas of athletics and does not restrict its assistance to a specific team or sport.

VISTING TEAM WILL CALL
Hart Center: Visiting Team Will Call is located at the Ticket Office inside the main entrance of the Hart Center. Ticket distribution is determined by the Visiting Team.
Fitton Field: Visiting Team Will Call is located at Gate E of the stadium.
