Ridolfi was selected the PL Coach of the Year in 2006 after leading Holy Cross to an undefeated record in the league (6-0) and a number one seed in the conference tournament. The Crusaders went on to win their first ever PL title and earned the program’s first ever NCAA Tournament birth. Holy Cross had the most successful record in school history with a 14-7 overall mark.

Coach Meghan Smith

Meghan Smith is in her first season as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Holy Cross in 2014-2015. Smith comes to Holy Cross after four years as a member of the women’s lacrosse team at Saint Anselm College where she served as team captain her senior year. In her senior season, Smith led the Hawks to their first ever national ranking and helped them stay ranked for seven consecutive weeks. She finished her career as Saint Anselm’s all-time leader in points, goals, and draw controls. She also holds records for single season goals and draw controls and was a Northeast 10 First Team and IWLCA All Region honoree. A native of Pittsford, NY she began her coaching career at a variety of different lacrosse camps in the Rochester area in the summer of 2009. Additionally, Smith is currently a head coach for the lacrosse club Boston Laxachusettts.

College Coaches and Players

Along with Ridolfi and Smith come a wide variety of coaches from the Division I, II, and III levels. Players from the current Holy Cross Women’s Lacrosse team will also be working as coaches in order to ensure the players have the best possible experience and are engulfed in the college game.
