WORCESTER, Mass.- Holy Cross athletics jump right into action as both the men and women’s soccer teams play on Tuesday with respective matches against New Hampshire and Brown. The men will play on the road while the women host the Bears at 7:00 p.m. Women’s tennis concludes its fall schedule the same day, playing at Hartford on Tuesday afternoon. Men’s golf concludes its fall slate at the NEIGA Championship on Tuesday as well. The weekend is stacked with events as both volleyball and field hockey will take part in Breast Cancer Awareness Month events. Volleyball hosts its “Pink for a Purpose” weekend against Patriot League rivals Lehigh on Friday and Lafayette on Saturday while field hockey holds its second annual “Think Pink Day” against Colgate on Saturday afternoon. Men’s soccer returns home for a match with Lehigh on Saturday and women’s soccer hits the road for two league bouts, matching up with American on Friday and Navy on Sunday. Both the swimming and diving teams along with cross country return from breaks in action this weekend. The swim teams will compete at the New England Catholic Invitational from Friday-Saturday while cross country races at the Central Connecticut Mini Meet on Friday. The rowing teams and women’s golf squad wrap up the action over the weekend. Both men’s and women’s rowers will compete at the Head of the Charles Regatta on Saturday and Sunday while women’s golf finishes its fall slate at the Sacred Heart Classic held on Sunday and  Monday.
