Biography

Karpawich was a  fine football player at Holy Cross for four years.  A Worcester native with an outstanding practice in pediatrics, he became the second member of his family to be elected to the Hall of Fame... as his brother, Anthony (a dentist), was elected in 1969.  Karpawich served as President of the Varsity Club and was Chairman of one of the Hall of Fame Dinners.  Served as Chairman of the Bishop's Fund in Worcester.  Elected Crusader of the Year in 1973 by the Holy Cross Club of Greater Worcester.  He passed away in 1988.
