Daley was a standout on the Crusader women's track & field team, running in both the hurdle events and on relay teams. During her senior year, she was the Patriot League indoor champion in the 55-meter hurdles (8.45 seconds), while winning Patriot League outdoor titles in the 100-meter hurdles (14.62 seconds) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.05). Daley also won the New England outdoor title in the 100-meter hurdles as a senior, after being the New England indoor and outdoor champion in the hurdles as a sophomore. She graduated with several school records, including in the 55-meter hurdles (8.17 seconds), the 100-meter hurdles (14.51 seconds) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.05), and was also a member of the 4x100-meter relay team which set a then-school record at the 1989 Penn Relays. Daley also received the John A. Meegan Athletic Achievement Award from the Varsity Club in 1992.
