Nicolas Ryan is in his second year as the assistant director of athletic facilities for the College of the Holy Cross in 2012-2013.

Prior to his time with the Crusaders, Ryan served as the assistant director of athletic facilities at the University of Detroit during the 2010-2011 school year. He was the event manager for all home athletic events, oversaw the setup and tear down for all athletic events and was responsible for the scheduling of all athletic facilities. Ryan was previously an event management intern at Michigan State University in the 2009-2010 school year.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree in crop and soil science from Michigan State in 2008, and his master's degree in kinesiology from Michigan State in 2010.
