
Scott Gallon is in his eighth year on the athletic training
staff at the College of the Holy Cross in 2012-2013, and his third
year as associate athletic trainer. He works on a day-to-day basis
as an athletic trainer for the Crusader football, men's basketball
and baseball teams, in addition to providing support for a number
of other varsity sports.
From 2002-2005, Gallon spent three years as a graduate assistant
athletic trainer at the University of Massachusetts, where he
worked on a daily basis with the field hockey, swimming and
baseball squads. Gallon also coordinated medical coverage for field
hockey at both the 2003 NCAA Championship and 2004 Atlantic 10
Championship. He previously spent time as an intern athletic
trainer at Holy Cross from Feb.-Aug. 2002, in addition to working
as an intern with the New England Patriots, Sarasota Red Sox and
Springfield Falcons, and with the Cape Cod Baseball League.
A certified and licensed member of the National Athletic Trainers'
Association, Gallon received his bachelor's degree in athletic
training from Springfield College in 2000, and his master's degree
in exercise science from Massachusetts in 2005.
