Alicia Caswell is in her second year as an assistant athletic trainer at the College of the Holy Cross in 2014-2015. She works on a day-to-day basis as an athletic trainer for the Crusader women’s basketball, women’s soccer and baseball teams, in addition to providing support for a number of other varsity sports.
Prior to her time at Holy Cross, Caswell spent two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of Massachusetts, where she worked on a daily basis with the field hockey and baseball squads. Caswell was also responsible for orientation and advising of new graduate assistants, and coordinated the undergraduate student assistant program.
She was previously a part of the Ithaca College athletic training education program, and served as an intern for the Elmira Pioneers of the New York Collegiate Baseball League.
A member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Caswell received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Ithaca in 2011, and her master’s degree in kinesiology from Massachusetts in 2013.
