Jeff Oliver
Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jeff Oliver is in his 15th season as the head strength & conditioning coach for the College of the Holy Cross in 2010-2011. Prior to his time with the Crusaders, Oliver spent two seasons at Boston University as an assistant strength coach. He has also served as the strength and conditioning coordinator for the Worcester IceCats, the American Hockey League affiliate of the St. Louis Blues organization.
Oliver graduated from Boston College in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and was selected to receive the Thomas Scanlon Memorial Award for Scholarship, Leadership and Community Service. He was a four-year letterwinner on the Eagles' football team, went on to play for the New York Jets from 1989-1990, then finished his career as an offensive lineman for the Barcelona Dragons of NFL Europe.
He earned his master's degree in education from Boston University in 1996 and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Oliver and his wife, Kate, have four children (Peter, Corinne, Claudia and Keating), and reside in Worcester.

Brittany Keil
Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach

Brittany Keil is in her first season as an assistant strength & conditioning coach for the College of the Holy Cross in 2010-2011. She works directly with the Crusader men's and women's basketball, men's and women's lacrosse, baseball, softball, field hockey, volleyball, women's tennis, cross country and track & field squads.
Prior to joining Holy Cross, Keil served as the coaching director at the Be Athletic Sports Performance Program in Worcester, Mass. While there, Keil oversaw the organization of workouts and assisted with program design. She also served as the strength and conditioning coaching assistant at Harvard, working directly with the women's crew, women's soccer, alpine skiing, diving, fencing, cross country and golf teams.
Keil is a 2007 graduate of Holy Cross with a bachelor's degree in biology. She was a four year starter and a 1,000-point scorer for the Crusaders, serving as tri-captain during the 2006-2007 season. She was named second team All-Patriot League and the Patriot League Women's Basketball Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2006 and played on two teams that made appearances in the NCAA Tournament (2005, 2007).
