Baseball To Hold 2010 Junior Day

WORCESTER, Mass.­ – Holy Cross head men’s baseball coach Greg DiCenzo and the rest of the baseball staff will hold their 2010 Junior Day for all 2011 high school graduates on Sunday, April 18 starting at 10:30 a.m. The event will commence rain or shine.

Holy Cross Junior Day provides an opportunity for all potential Division I baseball athletes to visit Holy Cross, watch the baseball team in action and introduce yourself to the entire coaching staff. The schedule for the day includes a campus tour with a former Holy Cross baseball player and a group meeting with head coach DiCenzo, athletic director Dick Regan and a Holy Cross admissions representative. The day will conclude with the Holy Cross baseball team’s game against Lafayette, starting at 1:00 p.m.

11:00am          Holy Cross batting practice prior to Patriot League game vs. Lafayette

11:15am          Campus Tour with HC baseball alum Jeff Miller (Class of 2000)

12:00pm          Meet with head coach Greg DiCenzo in the Hart Center

12:15pm          Meet with athletic director Dick Regan in the Hart Center

12:30pm          Meet with admissions representative Andrew Carter in the Hart Center

12:45pm          Proceed to Fitton Field for game vs. Lafayette

1:00pm            Holy Cross vs. Lafayette at Fitton Field
