AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009:
• Played in one game as a backup defensive lineman.
• Made one solo tackle at Villanova in the NCAA playoffs.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008:
• Did not see any varsity action.

HOLY CROSS TRACK & FIELD:
• A member of the Crusader indoor track and field team in 2008-2009, competing in the shot put and the weight throw.
• Named the Patriot League Field Performer of the Week on Dec. 16, 2008.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for coach Bruce Kozerski at Holy Cross High School in Covington, Ky.
• Named the Northern Kentucky Defensive Lineman of the Year by the Anthony Munoz Foundation.
• Received the Kentucky Top 24 Coca-Cola Gold Helmet award.
• Totaled 108 tackles as a senior, with nine tackles for loss, three blocked kicks and two fumble recoveries.
• Played in the Kentucky Coaches Association East-West All-Star game and the Kentucky-Tennessee Border Bowl.
• Also lettered in track and field.
• Set a school record in the shot put, at 46-feet, seven-inches.
• Member of National Honor Society.
