AS A JUNIOR IN 2009:
• Saw action in all 12 games as a reserve defensive lineman and on special teams.
• Served as the long snapper on punts.
• Totaled three tackles and one pass breakup on the year.
• Had tackles against Fordham, Harvard and Lehigh.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008:
• Played in six games as a backup linebacker and on special teams.
• Made five tackles on the year.
• Recorded two solo tackles against Lehigh.
• Also had tackles against Fordham, Lafayette and Colgate.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007:
• Did not see any varsity action.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Named to the Hall of Champions All-San Diego Section first team.
• Earned first team All-San Diego honors from the San Diego Union-Tribune.
• Twice named first team All-Coastal League, while being a first team All-North County Conference selection as a senior.
• Totaled 90 tackles and seven sacks as a senior, and was named his team’s defensive Most Valuable Player.
• Also a member of the baseball and wrestling teams at Sante Fe Christian, earning first team All-Coastal League honors in baseball.
• Earned Scholar Athlete honors from the San Diego chapter of the National Football Foundation.
• Named to the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic first team.
 

PERSONAL:

• Father played baseball at Stanford University.
• Majoring in Religious Studies.
