• Played in four games at quarterback.

• Completed all four of his passes for 43 yards in the win over Bucknell.

• Played for coach Mike Donatucci at Fremd High School in Palatine, Ill.
• Named the 2007 Player of the Year in the Mid-Suburban League.
• Earned Class 8A All-State honors from the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association.
• Rated as the No. 34 quarterback in the nation by ESPN / Scouts, Inc.
• Completed 178 of 273 passes for 2,123 yards and 19 touchdowns as a senior.
• Hit on 265 of 433 attempts for 3,294 yards and 31 scores during his high school career.
• Set 12 school records.
• Team posted a 39-4 mark during his four years, winning four straight conference championships.
