AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2011:
• Saw action in all 11 games at wide receiver, starting twice.
• Caught 23 passes for 274 yards and a touchdown on the season.
• Made four receptions for 43 yards in the season-opener against Massachusetts.
• Had four catches for 37 yards in the victory over Lafayette.
• Caught three passes for 51 yards during the win at Bucknell.
• Posted three catches for 40 yards in the victory over Colgate.
• Had three receptions for 22 yards during the win over Dartmouth.
• Made a 25-yard touchdown reception in the victory at Fordham.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2010:
• Did not see any varsity action.
• Selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Joe Martucci at Matawan Regional High School.
• Named first team All-Region and first team All-Division as a senior.
• Led his team in receiving with 27 catches for 600 yards and nine touchdowns during his senior year.
• Helped lead his team to the Central Jersey Group II state championship.
• Also lettered in track, serving as team captain during his senior year.
• Earned All-Region and All-County honors in track, while leading his team to a pair of state championships.
• Member of National Honor Society.

PERSONAL:
• Son of John and Pauline Smith.
• Has one brother (Robert) and two sisters (Veronica and Stephanie).
• Sister, Veronica, ran track at the Stevens Institute of Technology.
• Majoring in Sociology.
