• Also had tackles against New Hampshire and Harvard.
• Selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2011:
• Saw action in three games as a backup safety and on special teams.
• Played against Colgate, Harvard and Dartmouth.
• Made three solo tackles on kickoff coverage against Colgate.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2010:
• Saw action in two games on special teams.
• Played against Howard and Massachusetts.
• Selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Joe Dicanio at Fenwick High School.
• Served as team captain during his senior season.
• A two-time All-Chicago Catholic League selection.
• Also lettered in wrestling and volleyball, serving as team captain and earning All-Chicago Catholic League honors in both sports.
• Member of National Honor Society.

PERSONAL:
• Son of Arnie and Julie Gough.
• Has three brothers (Charlie, Casey and Eric) and one sister (Mary Margaret).
• Brother, Casey, played football at Holy Cross, graduating in 2008.
• Father ran track at Notre Dame, and was an NCAA finalist in the 110-meter high hurdles.
• Majoring in Sociology.
