2012 TEAM CAPTAIN

AS A JUNIOR IN 2011:
• Played in the first three games of the year at inside linebacker with one start.
• Missed the remainder of the season due to injury.
• Totaled 15 tackles, one sack and two tackles for loss on the year.
• Led the team with nine tackles in the victory over Harvard.
• Posted five tackles and a sack in the win over Colgate.
• Had a tackle for loss against Massachusetts.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2010:
• Saw action in all 11 games, earning his first career start at Harvard.
• Recorded 34 total tackles on the season, including 21 solo stops and one tackle for loss.
• Totaled 11 tackles during the game at Massachusetts, including eight solo stops.
• Made 11 total tackles in the contest at Harvard.
• Posted six solo tackles at Georgetown, including a tackle for loss.
• Had a pair of tackles in the victory over Howard.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2009:
• Played in 10 games, as a backup linebacker and on special teams.
• Totaled six tackles on the season.
• Made two solo tackles at Brown.
• Had a pair of tackles against Sacred Heart.
• Also recorded tackles against Northeastern and Villanova.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Dave Havern at Shady Side Academy.
• Served as team captain during his junior and senior seasons.
• Two-time first team All-Allegheny Conference selection.
• Led team to the Allegheny Conference title and an undefeated record as a senior.
• Also a member of the varsity wrestling and track teams at Shady Side Academy.
• Won the Pennsylvania state wrestling title at 189 pounds as a junior.
• Led wrestling team to the state championship in junior season, and a state runner-up finish as a senior.

PERSONAL:
• Son of Ricardo and Carolyn SanDoval.
• Has three brothers (Ric, Nic and Nino).
• Brother, Ric, was an All-Ivy League linebacker at Penn.
• Brother, Nic, played football at St. Francis (Pa.).
• Brother, Nino, was on the wrestling team at Franklin & Marshall.
• Majoring in Mathematics.
