Men's Hockey Announces 2010-2011 Freshman Class
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross head men's hockey coach Paul Pearl has announced the 2010-2011 freshman class for the Crusaders. Derek Kump (Falmouth, Maine), Ryan McGrath (Pittsburgh, Pa.), Jeffrey Reppucci (Newburyport, Mass.), Adam Schmidt (Warrington, Pa.), Shayne Stockton (Rochester, N.Y.) and Mark Williamson (Centennial, Colo.) will join the Holy Cross program for the 2010-2011 academic year.
“This year's incoming group is comprised of some outstanding student-athletes who will all compete for significant playing time,” said Pearl. “Up front we have brought in some speed, size and scoring. On the blue line we were able to get a couple of puck movers who will provide mobility from the back end. In goal, Derek eventually will battle for the starting job.”
