• Played two seasons for the Alberni Valley Bulldogs (BCHL) for coach Kevin Willison
• Appeared in 83 career games with 20 goals and 26 assists for 46 points
• Tallied eight goals and 13 assists for 21 points during the 2011-2012 season, while he posted 12 goals and 13 assists for 25 points during the 2010-2011 season
• Attended John Hersey High School           
• Played two years of varsity tennis
