REGENSBURG, Germany - Holy Cross 2013 graduate Brandon Nunn (Fairport, N.Y.) has signed with EV Regensburg of the German Oberliga. EV Regensburg kicks off their season with exhibition games starting on August 23 and begins regular season play on September 27.
Nunn played in 109 career games at Holy Cross with 39 goals and 30 assists for 69 points. As a senior, he tied for third in D1 and fifth in program history for single season power play goals with 10. He also recorded 18 power play goals in his career moving him to ninth in D1 history. He was named the Atlantic Hockey Player of the Week once and the AT&T Crusader of the Week three times. He was also named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic team in every season. Nunn earned first team Senior CLASS Award All-American honors and was named the Crusader of the Year for 2013. He is the founder of Power Play Points For Pink. Nunn also signed an Amateur Tryout Agreement in the spring of 2013 with the Florida Everblades, the ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning and Carolina Hurricanes, along with the AHL's Syracuse Crunch and Charlotte Checkers.
