2008-2009: Spent the fall semester in the Washington, D.C. internship program...coxswain of the second varsity eight that finished 16th at the Eastern Sprints (May 10).

2007-2008: Rowed on both the first and second varsity eight during the season.

2006-2007: Coxswain of the first men's freshman eight team to row at the Eastern Sprints, finishing 14th (May 7)...member of the team that won the Knecht Cup (April 14), the Patriot Challenge (April 29) and competed at the IRA National Championship Regatta (May 31-June 2).

Before Holy Cross: Three year varsity coxswain under head coach John Callinan '88 at Chaminade...rowed on four New York State Championship teams...one of his teams was a semifinalist at the National Championships...three-year member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Anthony and Deborah Hayden...has one brother, Ronan, and two sisters, Meghan and Kelly...a Political Science major.
