2011-2012: Member of the varsity eight in two spring regattas and the second varsity eight in five spring regattas...rowed for the second varsity eight that won races versus Georgetown (April 14), Rutgers (April 22) and Bucknell (April 29).

2010-2011: Member of the second varsity eight for seven of the eight competitions in the spring… the second varsity eight defeated Bucknell (April 23) and EARC member Rutgers (April 30)...member of the varsity eight at the Eastern Sprints (May 15).

2009-2010: Rowed with the third varsity eight.

Before Holy Cross: A three-sport athlete at Wall Township H.S. in soccer, basketball and volleyball...played center back on the soccer team for three years...captained the squad his senior year, earned All-Division honors, anchored the defense that shutout 10 opponents and led the team to the Central Jersey Group III sectional title game...voted the team’s Most Improved in 2007, and won the Tom Farley Commitment to Excellent Award in 2008...captained the basketball team for two years and won the squad’s Sportsmanship Award in 2008...also played two years on the volleyball team ...holds the school record for blocks in a season...led the team to the 2009 Moorestown Invitational Tournament Championship...the recipient of the 2009 Duct Tape and Glue Award, given out by the Manasquan Coast Star...Vice President of the National Honor Society and graduated with honors.

Personal: Son of Celeste and Rich Cecchetti...has one brother (Sean)...aunt, Cara Hudson Brown, graduated from Holy Cross in 1986...majoring in Mathematics.
