Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity rowing team for four seasons at Canisius H.S. for coach Tom Flaherty…also rowed for the West Side Rowing Club for coach Nicholas Zinter…member of the men’s freshman eight that placed first at the 2008 Scholastic Rowing Association of America Championship…finished first in the men’s junior B eight at the 2008 U.S. Rowing Club National Championship…part of the men’s senior eight boat finished first at the 2011 New York Scholastic Rowing Association Championship…won the men’s freshman eight title at the 2008 state championship…part of the men’s senior four boat placed first at the 2010 and 2011 Ohio Governors Cup, and the freshman eight boat that finished first in 2008…placed second in the men’s junior eight at the 2008 Canadian Secondary Schools Rowing Association Regatta…finished third in the men’s junior eight at the 2010 Royal Canadian Henley.
