Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the Scotia-Glenville High School varsity basketball team under coach James Giammattei … captained his senior year … made All-Conference team sophomore, junior and senior years … team won their conference in 2011, made the sectional finals in 2011 and the regional finals in 2012 … also was a six-year member of the varsity golf team under coach James Hartlage which he captained his junior and senior years … set the school record for team low score … was a scholar athlete all six years … held the Director position of Governor’s Initiative for Volunteer Excellence Special Olympics Program … member of National Honor Society.
