Men's Rowing Competes At The Princeton Chase Regatta

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Holy Cross men's rowing team competed at the Princeton Chase Regatta on Lake Carnegie on Saturday.

Holy Cross "A" placed 29th in the varsity heavyweight eight race out of 49 boats with a time of 13:21.037, while Holy Cross "B" finished 34th with a time of 13:33.342. Princeton won with a time of 12:25.382.

Holy Cross "A" finished 22nd in the varsity heavyweight four race out of 47 boats with a time of 14:40.177, while Holy Cross "B" placed 40th with a time of 15:15.195 just in front of Holy Cross "C" who finished 41st with a time of 15:15.196. Holy Cross "D" placed 46th with a time of 15:46.184. Cornell won the race with a time of 13:43.951.

The Crusaders finished 21st in the freshman eight race with a time of 14:13.795 out of 33 boats. Princeton placed first with a time of 12:51.299.

The Crusaders return to action when the freshman team competes at the Green Monster Regatta on Nov. 3, in Hanover, N.H.
