Men’s Rowing Competes At Princeton Chase Regatta
PRINCETON, N.J. – The Holy Cross men's rowing team competed at the Princeton Chase Regatta on Lake Carnegie on Sunday.
Holy Cross "A" placed 21st in the varsity heavyweight eight race out of 57 boats with a time of 13:55.405 as Princeton "A" won the event with a time of 13:08.140. Holy Cross "B" (14:33.653) finished 46th and Holy Cross "C" (15:00.840) was 51st.
Holy Cross "A" was 25th in the varsity heavyweight four race out of 54 boats with a time of 15:47.717, while California "A" placed first with a time of 14:46.800. Holy Cross "B" (16:15.396) was 39th and Holy Cross "C" (16:51.534) was 48th.
Holy Cross placed 11th in the freshman eight race out of 28 boats with a time of 14:28.805. California "A" was first with a time of 13:50.237.
The Crusaders return to action when the novice team competes at the Green Monster Regatta on Nov. 2, in Hanover, N.H.
