2008-2009: Swam a personal-best time in the 200 (1:53.01) and 500 (5:00.09) free at the Patriot League Championship...had a personal best in the 100 free (55.03) at the Worcester City Championship.

2007-2008: Had personal-best times in the 200 free (1:54.30) and 1650 free (17:13.46) at the Patriot League Championship...received the Outstanding Season Award.

2006-2007: Swam a personal-best time of 5:01.87 in the 500 free at the Patriot League Championship.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year letter winner on the Fordham Prep swim team under head coach Dominick Galimi...swam the 100 breast, 200 IM, 200 free and 500 free...team captain senior season...member of the Badger Swim Club.

Personal: Son of Kenan and MaryEllen Boate...has one brother Chris, who attends Iona College...majoring in Economics with a pre med concentration.
