2008-2009: Set new personal-bests in the 200 breast with a time of 2:14.78 and in the 200 IM with a time of 2:05.60 at the Patriot League Championship...successfully defended his title in the 100 breast at the Worcester City Championship with a time of 1:03.41....swam a personal-best in the 100 free (52.01) at the Terrier Invitational...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2007-2008: Patriot League Championship consolation finalist in the 100 breast with a personal-best time of 1:01.35 and in the 200 breast with a personal-best time of 2:16.95...broke the Worcester City Championship meet record in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.08).

2006-2007: Swam a season-best time in the 100 breast (1:02.71), 200 breast (2:19.35) and the 200 IM (2:09.74) at the Patriot League Championship.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year varsity letterwinner for O'Dea H.S. swim team under coach Tom Schutte...Washington state runner up in 2003-2004...district champions and Washington state runner up in 2004-2005...Washington state meet finalist in the100 breast and the 200 medley relay...team was four-year Metro League champions 2003-2006...captain his senior year...swam for King Aquatic club under coach Sean Hutchison.
