2011: Ran season-bests with 1:57.99 in the 800 meter run at the Boston Mini Meet, placing third (Jan. 2), 4:13.07 in the 1,500 meter run at the New Hampshire Invitational (April 9), 1:09.59 in the 500 meter dash at the Boston Indoor Games (Jan. 28), 23.75 in the 200 meter dash at the Boston Indoor Games (Jan. 28), 2:46.97 in the 1,000 meter run at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational (Jan. 15) and 4:55.90 in the mile run at the Boston Mini Meet (Dec. 26) … named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2010: Ran in the 400, 500, 800, 1,000 and 1,500 ... placed first in heat two in the 500 at the Boston Reebok Indoor Games with a time of 1:09.74 ... finished 15th overall and set a season-best time of 2:00.30 in the 800 at the Brown Springtime Invitational.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the varsity cross country team at St. John’s H.S. ... team captain senior year ... named the Pioneer award winner senior year ... team was district champions in 2005 and 2006 ... division I state runner-up in 2006 ... also a four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams ... indoor team was district champions in 2006, 2007 and 2008, division I state runner-up in 2008 ... outdoor team was district champions in 2006 and 2008.
