2012: Competed in the 200, long jump and triple jump … set a season-best time in the 200 (26.00) at the UMass Invitational (April 14) … posted career-high marks in the long jump (5.59m) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 7) and triple jump (11.79m) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10).

2011: Participated in the triple and long jump events and ran in the 200 meter dash … recorded season best performances with 11.79 meters in the triple jump at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10), 25.12 in the 200 meter dash at the American International Invitational (April 2) and 5.05 meters in the long jump at the New Hampshire Quad-meet (Jan. 22).

2010: Ran in the 100 and 200,  and also competed in the long jump and triple jump events ... ran a time of 25.66 seconds in the 200 at the Harvard Open ... recorded a time of 12.74 seconds in the 100 at the Northeastern Spring Open ... had a season-best jump of 11.35 meters in the triple jump at the Harvard Open ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross: Two-year member of the varsity track and field team at Trumbull H.S. ... recieved the Sportsmanship award in 2009 ... named to the first team Indoor All-FCIAC West in 2009 ... member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Frank and Edith Foster ... father graduated from Holy Cross in 1979 ... has one brother (Dan) and one sister (Hayley) ... majoring in History.
