2012: Ran in the 400, 800, 1,000, 1,500, one-mile, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay … set season-best times in the 400 (54.38) at New Hampshire with Stonehill and Worcester State (Jan. 21) and 800 (1:57.56) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4) … posted career-best times in the 1,000 (2:39.46) at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational (Jan. 14), 1,500 (4:15.12) at the Tiger Classic (April 6) and one-mile (4:41.00) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10) … named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Ran season-bests with 1:09.64 in the 500 meter run at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational (Jan. 15), 2:40.79 in the 1,000 meter run at the New Hampshire Quad Meet (Jan. 22), 1:57.03 in the 800 meter run at Holy Cross (April 26), 4:16.67 in the 1,500 meter run at the American International Invitational (April 2) and 4:35.24 in the mile run at the Boston Mini Meet (Dec. 31) … finished 11th at the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the 800 meter run with 1:59.99 (Feb. 20) … named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2010: Competed in the 400, 800, 1,000, 1,500 and 3000 as a freshman ... recorded his season-best mark in the 800 in his final run at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship with a time of 1:58.44 ... finished with a time of 2:40.72 in the 1,000 at the Boston Reebok Indoor Games ... finished with a time of 4:19.98 in the 1,5000 at the Northeastern Spring Open.

Before Holy Cross: Six-year member of the cross country team at Roxbury Latin ... team captain senior year ... team was 2006 NEPSTA division III champions ...
