WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr., along with head men's coach Jim Kavanagh have announced the 2012-2013 men's indoor track and field schedule. The Crusaders are set to kick off indoor competition on Dec.1 at the Jay Carisella Invitational at Boston University.
Holy Cross will also compete at the Harvard Open meet (Dec. 8) and the Boston University Mini Series (Dec. 15, Dec. 22, Dec. 28) before winter break. The Crusaders will resume competition in the New Year when they travel to the Crowell Open meet at West Point (Jan.5) and the Tiger Invitational at the Reggie Lewis Center (Jan. 5). The next weekend they will travel to the Yale Invitational (Jan. 12). The men will close out the month of January with a dual meet at New Hampshire (Jan. 19) and the Joe Donahue Invitational at the Reggie Lewis Center (Jan. 25).
The Crusaders start February with a dual meet at Maine (Feb. 2), followed by the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9) and the Patriot League Indoor Championship at West Point (Feb. 15-17). The month ends at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 22-23). Qualifying members of the team will compete at the ECAC Indoor Championship (March 1-3) in Boston, Mass.
