Chante Bonds is in her fourth season as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Holy Cross in 2013-2014. She is responsible for recruiting, working with the strength and conditioning program to develop the players physically and also schedules all travel arrangements.
She joined the Crusaders in 2010 after spending the previous three seasons as an assistant coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition to her assistant coaching responsibilities at Fairleigh Dickinson, Bonds scheduled the team’s travel arrangements, worked with the strength and conditioning program and recruited on the east coast and in Canada. Prior to her time at Fairleigh Dickinson, Bonds spent two years as an operations specialist for Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston, Mass. In 2004 she was a camp administrative assistant and counselor at Bentley’s summer basketball camps.
Bonds was a four-year letterwinner on the Bentley women’s basketball team, graduating in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Informational Design and Corporate Communication. In 2010, Bonds earned her master’s degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Bonds is currently member of the Boston Militia, a Women’s Football Alliance team. Her squad won the 2011 Women’s Football Alliance national title.
