MILFORD, Conn. – Holy Cross freshman Marisa Cameron (Garden City, N.Y.) finished in 39th with a two-day score of 184 (+40) to lead the Crusaders to a 10th place finish at the Sacred Heart Fall Classic held on October 21-22. Holy Cross combined to shoot 754 strokes as a team at the Par-72 Great River Golf Club.
Pennsylvania finished in first place with a two-day score of 630. Rounding out the top-five were Brown (647), Boston University (654), Long Island (669), and Hartford (672). The Terriers Kristyna Pavlickova claimed medalist honors with a total score of 148 (+4).
Senior Kelly Reagan (Mendota Heights, Minn.) and sophomore Morgan Powers (Glastonbury, Conn.) both tied for 40th place as they shot 187 (+43). Freshmen Lydia Deneen (Hubbardston, Mass.) and Claire McMahon (Buffalo, N.Y.) finished in 45th and 50th, respectively. Deneen carded a 196 (+52), while McMahon rounded out the Crusaders with a 219 (+75).
Holy Cross will return to action in the spring as it has concluded the fall season. The Crusaders' spring schedule will be released at a later date.
