BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Holy Cross women's golf team stands in fifth place out of five teams after 36 holes of the Patriot League Championship on Saturday afternoon at the par-72 Saucon Valley Country Club. The Crusaders have a total score of 779 strokes trailing first place Bucknell who has a squad total of 619.
Holy Cross junior Meaghan Sullivan (Brockton, Mass.) leads the Crusaders with a two-round total of 187 strokes, which is good for 23rd place. Sophomore Lydia Deneen (Hubbardston, Mass.) is tied for 24th place with a total score of 188 strokes.
The Crusaders will play one 18-hole round tomorrow to conclude the Patriot League Championship with tee times beginning at 8:00 a.m.
