WORCESTER, Mass. - Senior forward Jocelyn Kratchmer (Watrous, Saskatchewan) has been named the AT&T Crusader of the Week, for competition from November 1-7 . Kratchmer led the Holy Cross women's ice hockey team to a 5-0 victory at Sacred Heart in its only game last week.
During Wednesday's win over the Pioneers, Kratchmer scored the second hat trick of her collegiate career. She netted the team's second goal of the night in the second period, then scored the Crusaders' third and fifth goals during the third period. In addition, Kratchmer had an assist to finish the game with four points
On the season, Kratchmer leads the team in scoring with three goals and two assists for five points. Over the course of her collegiate career, she has totaled 109 points on 54 goals and 55 assists. Kratchmer currently ranks third all-time at Holy Cross in career goals and career points, while standing fourth in career assists.
Holy Cross (2-0 overall, 1-0 ECAC East) returns to action this Tuesday, Nov. 9, when it plays host to Sacred Heart in its home opener at 7:00 p.m.
